Order & Delivery Information

 

Standard Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Express Shipping orders are delivered within 24 hours from order confirmation.

1. SG: You will receive an SMS or email from our logistics provider on the day of delivery
2. UK & US: You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order has shipped from the warehouse
   

Please note that delivery may take longer than usual during holiday seasons.

Should there be additional delays to the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. low inventory supply), you will be notified on the product page.

You should receive your purchases in 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of your order. Delivery hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday, 10AM to 6PM
• Saturday, 10AM to 2PM

Free shipping

No additional charges for shipping in UK & US. Free shipping only applies to orders above S$60 in Singapore. Taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.

Restrictions

We only deliver orders to residents of Singapore, the United Kingdom and United States of America currently.

Signing your delivery

If you won’t be home, be sure to appoint someone to receive the order on your behalf. In the event of a failed delivery, our delivery partner will contact you and attempt another delivery.
